Getting things accomplished?

How do SAHM & WAHM get anything done?  Staying at HOME must be the key, I am finding.  Funny enough, I don't get much housework done when I am running around time.  And, Lord knows, there is no paper being cut and stamped if I am at Target, Walmart, or PetCo, my frequent haunts..  What's a girl to do?
